【摘要】 目的 探究微针刀与玻璃酸钠联合应用于膝关节损伤治疗中的临床效果，以期为该类疾病的临床治疗提供借鉴。方法 选择2021年3月—2024年3月新乡市第一人民医院诊断及治疗的104例膝关节损伤患者，并采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=52)、研究组(n=52)。对照组使用玻璃酸钠治疗，研究组使用微针刀联合玻璃酸钠治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果、膝关节功能、疼痛程度、生活质量、炎性因子水平、膝关节活动度及不良反应进行比较。结果 研究组治疗总有效率(96.15%)高于对照组(82.69%)(P<0.05),而对照组(15.38%)、研究组(5.77%)不良反应比较无差异(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后的Lysholm膝关节评分(lysholm knee score, LKS)、Barthel指数(barthel index, BI)评分、膝关节内旋、外旋及屈伸活动度与治疗前相比均增加，视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale, VAS)评分、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein, CRP)、白细胞介素(interleukin, IL)-6及肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor, TNF)-α水平与治疗前相比均降低，且研究组在以上指标的变化幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 膝关节损伤患者使用微针刀联合玻璃酸钠治疗，在改善治疗效果、患者膝关节功能、疼痛程度、生活质量、炎性反应、膝关节活动度方面的效果较好，并具有一定安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of the therapy with micro-needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate in the therapy of knee joint injury, in order to provide reference for the clinical therapy of such diseases.Methods From March 2021 to March 2024, the 104 patients with knee joint injury who diagnosed and cured in Xinxiang the First People’s Hospital were choosed and divided into control(n=52) and study groups(n=52) by random number table method. The control group was cured with sodium hyaluronate, and the study group was cured with micro-needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate. To compare the therapeutic effect, knee joint function, pain degree, quality of life, inflammatory factor level, knee range of motion and untoward effects were compared of both groups.Results The total therapy effective rate of study group(96.15%) was apparently higher in comparison with the control group(82.69%)(P<0.05), but the untoward effects of control(15.38%) and study groups(5.77%) was no significant difference(P>0.05). The lysholm knee score(LKS), barthel index(BI) score, degrees of knee joint internal rotation, external rotation, flexion and extension range of both groups were apparently increased in comparison with before therapy, the visual analogue scale(VAS) score, C-reactive protein(CRP), interleukin(IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α levels were apparently decreased in comparison with before therapy, and the changes in the above indexes of study group were apparently higher in comparison with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate in the therapy of patients with knee joint injury had a good effect on improving the therapeutic effect, knee joint function, pain degree, quality of life, inflammatory response and knee range of motion, and with a certain safety.更多还原
