【摘要】 目的 分析亲子互动对学龄前功能性语音障碍(functional alalia disorders, FAD)患者远程语音治疗效果的影响。方法 纳入2020年5月至2023年11月在郑州大学第一附属医院接受远程语音治疗的71例学龄前FAD患者，随机分为两组，试验组36例，对照组35例。两组的第1次和第12次语音治疗均为家长陪同下传统的面对面治疗。在中间的10次语音治疗中，试验组行亲子互动式远程语音治疗，对照组行普通的远程语音治疗。对比治疗前后两组患者语音清晰度和6个选定音的出现率。结果 试验组治疗后语音清晰度组优于对照组(t=0.079, P <0.05)。试验组塞音/p/、擦音/s/和擦音/x/的出现率明显高于对照组(100%vs 85.7%,P=0.025; 100%vs 82.9%,P=0.011; 97.2%vs 82.9%,P=0.028)。结论 亲子互动可以改善学龄前FAD患者远程语音治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of parent-child interaction on online speech therapy for preschool patients with functional alalia adisorder(FAD).Methods Totally 71 cases of preschool FAD patients from May 2020 to November 2023 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were randomly divided into 2 groups, 36 cases in experimental group and 35 cases in control group. The first and 12th speech therapy sessions in both groups were traditional onsite training with parents. In the middle 10 times of speech therapy, the experimental group received parent-child interaction online speech therapy, and the control group received ordinary online speech therapy. The speech intelligibility and the occurrence rate of 6 selected sounds were compared before and after treatment.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in speech intelligibility after treatment(t=0.079,P<0.05). The incidence of stopper/pa/, fricative/si/and fricative/xi/in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(100% vs 85.7%,P=0.025; 100% vs 82.9%,P=0.011; 97.2% vs 82.9%,P=0.028).Conclusion Parent-child interaction can improve the effect of online speech therapy in preschool patients with FAD.更多还原
