超分子化合物[Cd(5-OHIP)]·H2S5的分层合成、晶体结构和荧光性能

【摘要】 由分层法合成了镉化合物[Cd(5-OHIP)]·H2S5,(1)(5-OHIP=5-羟基间苯二甲酸,S5=1,5-2-甲基咪唑基戊烷),并对其进行了IR及X-射线单晶衍射法表征。晶体结构表明:配合物1属于单斜晶系,Cc空间群。配合物1是由桥联配体5-羟基间苯二甲酸连接成二维(4,4)拓扑结构,该二维层被质子化H2S5与5-羟基间苯二甲酸氢键拓展成三维超分子结构。测定了配合物1在多种溶剂(包括DMF、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮和乙腈)中的荧光强度变化。实验结果显示,丙酮对配合物1具有显著的荧光猝灭效应。进一步考察了不同金属阳离子对配合物1荧光强度的影响,发现配合物1对Fe3+离子表现出高度选择性和灵敏的荧光响应,表明其在Fe3+检测方面具有潜在应用价值。

【Abstract】 A cadmium compound [Cd(5-OHIP)]·H2S5(1)(5-OHIP = 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid) was synthesized using a layered method and characterized by IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Structural analysis reveals that complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system with the Cc space group. The structure is formed by bridging ligands of 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid, constructing a two-dimensional(4,4) topological network. This 2D layer is further extended into a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture through hydrogen bonding between H2S5 and 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid. The fluorescence intensity of complex 1 was measured in various solvents, including DMF, methanol, ethanol, acetone, and acetonitrile. Results indicate that acetone exhibits a significant fluorescence quenching effect on complex 1. Furthermore, the influence of different metal cations on the fluorescence intensity of complex 1 was also investigated, demonstrating that complex 1 exhibits high selectivity and sensitivity toward Fe3+ions, suggesting its potential application for Fe3+detection.
