全过程质量控制对降低ICU血培养污染率的影响

【摘要】 目的 探究全过程质量控制对降低重症监护病房(intensive care unit, ICU)血培养标本污染率的效果。方法 选取2022年1月~12月的9 334例血培养标本作为对照组,按照常规模式进行采集和送检;选取2023年1月~12月的15 604例血培养标本作为干预组,实施全过程质量控制干预,比较两组血培养标本的污染率。结果 共纳入ICU血培养标本24 938瓶,其中污染样本576瓶,污染率为2.31%,通过全过程质量控制干预后血培养污染率(1.92%)明显低于干预前(2.96%)(χ~2=27.693,P<0.001)。结论 通过对血培养标本采集、转运和检验的三阶段全方位进行质量控制,可有效降低血培养污染率。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of whole process quality control on reducing the contamination rate of blood culture in intensive care unit(ICU). Methods A total of 9 334 blood culture samples from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the control group, collected and sent for inspection according to the conventional mode. And 15 604 blood culture samples from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the intervention group, and the whole process quality control intervention was carried out. The pollution rates of the two groups were compared. Results A total of 24 938 blood culture samples were collected in ICU, of which 576 were contaminated, with a contamination rate of 2.31%. The contamination rate of blood culture after the whole process quality control intervention(1.92%) was significantly lower than that before the intervention(2.96%)(χ~2=27.693, P<0.001). Conclusion The contamination rate of blood culture can be effectively reduced by comprehensively controlling the quality of blood culture samples in three stages: collection, transportation and inspection.
