【Abstract】 As a representative of the new quality productive forces, digital technology has become a crucial engine driving the targeted and precise development of online ideological and moral education. Guided by the goal of fostering virtue through education, based on audience segmentation, taking precision education as the path, and leveraging digital technology as the means, online ideological and moral education should fully exert digital technology’s positive role in advancing the digital transformation of online ideological and moral education, enhancing the supply-demand matching degree of such education, and accelerating the cultivation of a new trend of online civilization. In practice, educators should adhere to the basic principles of integrating value guidance with traffic attraction, combining systematic thinking with precise thinking, coordinating goalsetting with process adjustment, and unifying resource sharing with risk co-governance.
