变色除甲醛果冻的制备及降解甲醛研究

【摘要】 以高活性金属过氧化钛配合物为活性组分,通过调节活性组分含量以及亚氯酸钠添加量,再复配果绿色素合成具有颜色指示性除甲醛果冻。通过优化实验方案,最终确定实验配方如下:活性过氧化钛配合物活性组分90 g、卡拉胶5 g、苯甲酸钠0.005 g、亚氯酸钠2 g、果绿色素0.1 g和蒸馏水2.895 g。此时除甲醛变色果冻在3 min内甲醛降解效果为94.4%。通过甲醛仪测定最优样品放置不同时间的效果,发现除甲醛果冻放置30 d,仍然具有较好的甲醛治理活性。同时,可以通过颜色指向确认除甲醛果冻是否有效。本产品具有工艺简便,时效性长,降解效果好等特点,具有良好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The use of highly active metal titanium peroxide complex as the active component is proposed. By adjusting the content of the active component and the amount of sodium chlorite added and by compounding with fruit green pigment, the discolored Jelly with formaldehyde removal is successfully synthesized. After optimizing the experimental plan, the final formula is determined as follows: 90 g of active titanium peroxide complex,5 g of carrageenan, 0.005 g of sodium benzoate, 2 g of sodium chlorite, 0.1 g of fruit green pigment, and 2.895 g of distilled water. The discolored jelly with formaldehyde removal exhibits an impressive formaldehyde degradation effect of 94.4% within just 3 minutes. Furthermore, the formaldehyde removal activity of the jelly remains effective even after being placed for 30 d measured by a formaldehyde meter. The color indicators also provide a means to assess the effectiveness of the formaldehyde removal jelly. This product possesses a simple manufacturing process, long-lasting effectiveness and strong degradation capabilities. Therefore, it holds great potential for practical applications.
