【摘要】 建立一测多评法(QAMS)同时测定寒喘祖帕颗粒中秦皮乙素、芹菜苷、3′-甲氧基芹菜苷、柚皮素、甘草酸的含量。采用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-2%冰醋酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 m L·min-1;柱温为37℃,检测波长分别为280和365 nm。以秦皮乙素为内参,计算其他4种成分的相对校正因子,测定其含量。5种成分在各自浓度范围内现行关系良好(r≥0.999 0),平均加样回收率98.69%、100.29%、100.10%、100.18%、100.00%,RSD值分别为2.62%、1.61%、1.89%、2.30%、0.91%。更多还原

【Abstract】 A one-measurement-multi-assessment method(QAMS) was established for the simultaneous determination of esculetin,apigenin,3′-methoxyapigenin,naringenin,and glycyrrhizic acid. The separation was performed on a Hypersil BDS C18 column(250mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm)with gradient elution using acetonitrile-2%glacial acetic acid solution as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0m L·min-1,and the detection wavelengths of 280 nm and 365 nm at 37 ℃,with esculetin used as the internal reference to calculate the relative correction factors of the other four components.
