HPLC测定橡胶防老剂工艺废水中苯胺和邻甲基苯胺

【摘要】 建立高效液相色谱法测定橡胶防老剂工艺废水中苯胺、邻甲基苯胺含量的分析方法。采用色谱柱C18(岛津VP-ODS 150×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为水/甲醇,梯度洗脱,流量为1.0m L·min-1,检测波长为230nm,苯胺、邻甲基苯胺和其它干扰物完全分离。采用外标法定量,邻甲基苯胺在0.7248~28.992μg·m L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999,样品相对标准偏差为0.82%,加标回收率为98.29%~103.06%。苯胺在1.028~24.672μg·m L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999,样品相对标准偏差为0.73%,加标回收率为97.86%~102.52%。方法灵敏度高、检出限低、操作简单、准确可靠,适用于DTPD工艺废水中苯胺、邻甲基苯胺的分析检测。

【Abstract】 To establish a method for determining the concentrations of aniline and o-toluidine in the wastewater from rubber antioxidant production processes using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), the following protocol was devised. The experiment utilizes a C18chromatographic column(Shimadzu VP-ODS, 150 ×4.6 mm,5μm) with a water/methanol as the mobile phase under gradient elution, flowing at a rate of 1.0 m L·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm, ensuring complete separation of aniline, o-toluidine, and other potential interfering compounds. The external standard method was employed for quantification. For o-toluidine, excellent linearity was observed within a concentration range of 0.7248~28.992μg·mL-1, with r=0.9999, the RSD of samples was 0.82%, and the recovery rates were 98.29%~103.06%. Similarly, aniline also demonstrates good linearity within a concentration range of 1.028~24.672μg·mL-1, with r=0.9999, the RSD of samples was 0.73%, and recovery rates were 97.86%~102.52%. This experimental method exhibits high sensitivity, low limit of detection(LOD), simplicity of operation, accuracy and reliability, and is suitable for the analysis of aniline and o-toluidine contents in DTPD process wastewater from rubber antioxidant production processes.
