航空制件燃气热处理炉的炉内温度均匀性

【摘要】 在热处理航空制件的过程中,热处理炉温度的均匀性对其质量与性能具有直接影响.以大尺寸燃气热处理炉为研究对象,先采用热电偶测试测得在不同工作温度下的热处理炉温度均匀性指标,然后基于热处理炉的具体尺寸和运行参数,采用Fluent软件进行数值模拟,得到热处理炉全场的温度分布情况,最后通过调节烧嘴与壁面的夹角,对典型工况下全场温度的均匀性进行优化.结果表明:该航空制件燃气热处理炉的上层温度在各保温时刻较为稳定,且随着保温温度的升高,热处理炉各段炉温的均匀性均得到明显改善;温度场的仿真模拟值与现场实测值相差较小,该有限元模型较为可靠.本研究结果可为热处理炉温度均匀性的改进设计提供一定的理论参考.

【Abstract】 In the process of heat treatment, the temperature uniformity of the heat treatment furnace has a direct influence on the quality and performance of aviation parts. Taking a large-size gas heat treatment furnace as the research object, the temperature uniformity index of the heating furnace under different working temperatures was measured by thermocouple test, and then based on the specific size and operating parameters of the heating furnace, the temperature distribution of the whole field of the heating furnace was obtained by numerical simulation with Fluent software, and finally, the uniformity of the temperature of the whole field under typical working conditions was optimized by adjusting the angle between the burner and the wall. The results show that the upper temperature of the gas heat treatment furnace for aviation parts is relatively stable at each holding time, and the uniformity of the furnace temperature in each section of the heating furnace is significantly improved with the increase in the insulation temperature. The simulation value of the temperature field is slightly different from the actual measured value, and the finite element model is more reliable. The research results can provide a certain theoretical reference for the improvement of the temperature uniformity of the heat treatment furnace.
