长江口及邻近海域百陶箭虫和海龙箭虫的时空共存关系

【摘要】 为阐明长江口及邻近海域百陶箭虫(Sagitta bedoti)和海龙箭虫(S.nagae)时空共存关系,基于2019年11月(秋季)和2020年5月(春季)对该海域浮游动物的调查数据,采用广义可加非线性模型(generalized additive models, GAMs)分析了百陶箭虫、海龙箭虫与环境因子之间的关系,同时利用零模型检验了百陶箭虫和海龙箭虫之间的共存格局。结果表明:秋季,百陶箭虫与温度和盐度显著相关(P<0.05),海龙箭虫与水深和温度显著相关(P<0.05);春季,百陶箭虫、海龙箭虫均与温度和盐度显著相关(P<0.05)。百陶箭虫和海龙箭虫间Pianka指数秋季实测值小于模拟值,但差异不显著(P>0.05),表明百陶箭虫和海龙箭虫之间主要受扩散限制调控机制影响;春季实测值显著大于模拟值(P<0.05),表明百陶箭虫和海龙箭虫主要受环境筛选机制影响。

【Abstract】 To understand the spatio-temporal co-existence of Sagitta bedoti and S. nagae from the perspective of community ecology, abundance data of S. bedoti and S. nagae with biological-environmental factors in the Yangtze River Estuary and adjacent waters were sampled in December 2019(autumn) and May 2020(spring). Based on generalized additive models(GAMs), the relationships between species and environmental factors were analyzed, and the co-existence patterns between S. bedoti and S. nagae were tested by the null model. The results indicated that in autumn S. bedoti was significantly correlated with salinity and temperature(P<0.05) and S. nagae was significantly correlated with water depth and temperature(P<0.05). In spring, both S. bedoti and S. nagae were significantly correlated with salinity and temperature(P<0.05). Null models showed that in autumn the observed Pianka index between S. bedoti and S. nagae was higher than the simulated value but not significantly different(P>0.05), suggesting a pattern of dispersal limitation driving the co-existence mechanism. In spring the observed Pianka index between S. bedoti and S. nagae was statistically higher than the simulated value, suggesting the important role of environmental filtering driving the species co-existence.
