【摘要】 绩效评价是实施激励与问责的基本手段，已被广泛应用于高校思想政治教育工作。然而，若过度奉行绩效主义，易导致工作被量化数据所裹挟；而完全去绩效化，则易搁置思想政治引领功能，导致高校思想政治教育高质量建设裹足不前。教育管理者应跳出强化或淡化绩效评价模式之争，考虑不同方向张力的两种制度如何“共熔一炉”。就思想政治教育工作绩效评价而言，厘清可为与不可为的边界，避免非绩效化弱化思想政治引领功能是前提；防止测量主义错置育人使命是关键；协调好个人与集体绩效的关系，实现外部绩效问责驱动与内部追求卓越动态的协调统一是动力所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 Performance evaluation is a fundamental means for implementing incentives and accountability, and has been widely applied in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. However, ex-cessive performancism can easily lead to work being dominated by quantitative data; while complete deperformance may sideline the ideological and political guiding function, resulting in stagnation in the highquality development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Educational adminis-trators should transcend the debate over strengthening or weakening the performance evaluation model, and consider how these two systems with tensions in different directions can be integrated. For the performance evaluation of ideological and political education work, clarifying the boundaries of what can and cannot be done, and avoiding the weakening of the ideological and political guiding function due to non-performance, is the premise; preventing measurementism from misplacing the educational mission is the key; and coordi-nating the relationship between individual and collective performance, so that the drive of external perfor-mance accountability and the internal pursuit of excellence are harmonized and unified, is the driving force.更多还原
