【摘要】 目的 《伤寒杂病论》是中医研习者扎根医学研究与临床的基石，但其义理深奥、古文表达晦涩，常构成学习中的一大障碍。本研究着眼教学路径的改进，以期提高学生对《伤寒杂病论》核心内容的理解与运用水平，为中医教学引入新的视角和措施，帮助学生更有效地汲取该经典的营养。方法 以阴阳辨证方法为主线，构建有针对性地教学方案：一是突出阴阳学说的启蒙地位，打牢理论底子；二是穿插丰富的临床案例剖析，借由理论与实践的相互印证，增进学生对理法方药的整体认知；三是注重学生的实操参与，激发学而能用的主动性，推动阴阳学说与临床应用的密切衔接。结果 上述教学措施有助于学生跨过文言表述和理论难点带来的理解门槛，更清晰地领会书中理法方药的贯通思路，切实提高阴阳辨证的实际运用能力，继而强化将《伤寒杂病论》知识转化为临床实务的本领，完成从“懂得”到“会用”的提升。结论 以阴阳辨证的视角探讨《伤寒杂病论》的教学路径，既能显著增强学生对经典的理解与运用，也可为中医教育革新提供一条可操作的途径，巩固中医人才培养中的经典教学根基，对中医学教育事业的发展具有积极推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases is a cornerstone for Chinese medicine learners to root their studies in medical research and clinical practice. However, its profound principles and obscure classical language often pose significant obstacles in the learning process. This study focuses on improving teaching approaches, aiming to enhance students’ understanding and application of the core content of the Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases,introduce new perspectives and measures into Chinese medicine education, and help students more effectively absorb the essence of this classic.Methods Centered on the method of yin-yang pattern differentiation, a targeted teaching plan was constructed: first, highlighting the foundational role of the yin-yang theory to solidify theoretical groundwork; second, interspersing abundant clinical case analyses to enhance students’ holistic understanding of principles, methods, formulas, and medicinals through the mutual verification of theory and practice; third, emphasizing students’ practical participation to stimulate initiative in learning and application, thereby promoting the close integration of yin-yang theory with clinical practice.Results The above teaching measures help students overcome the comprehension barriers caused by classical expressions and theoretical difficulties, more clearly grasp the integrative thinking of principles, methods, formulas, and medicinals in the book, and effectively improve the practical application ability of yin-yang pattern differentiation. This, in turn, strengthens the capacity to translate knowledge from the Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases into clinical practice, achieving the transition from“understanding” to “mastery.” Conclusion Exploring the teaching approach of the Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases from the perspective of yin-yang pattern differentiation can not only significantly enhance students’ understanding and application of the classic but also provide an operable pathway for innovation in Chinese medicine education. It consolidates the foundation of classical teaching in the cultivation of Chinese medicine talents and plays a positive role in promoting the development of Chinese medicine education.更多还原
