【摘要】 以管理学“课程思政”的价值实现为研究纲领，提出并验证“价值引领-教学融合-评价闭环”三位一体的范式。在价值引领方面，通过对管理学课程思政的要点梳理和总体框架的构建，实现以社会主义核心价值观为核心，将中华优秀传统文化、当代管理伦理有机融入混合教学模式，促进价值信念的内化。在教学融合方面，通过教学目标、教学内容和课后实践与反思等实施路径，完善思政元素与知识传授、能力培养、素养提升的深度对接，实现协同育人。在评价闭环方面，通过“目标达成度-实施成效-过程满意度”三级评价指标，形成动态闭环反馈机制。研究表明，该范式增强了学生的政治认同感与社会责任感，提升了批判性思维与创新能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the value realization of“ideological and political education in curriculum”(IPE)in management courses as its research program, this study proposes and validates a trinity paradigm of“value guidance-teaching integration-closed-loop evaluation.”In terms of value guidance, by sorting out the key points and constructing an overall framework for IPE in management courses, it organically integrates socialist core values, excellent traditional Chinese culture, and contemporary management ethics into blended teaching models, thereby promoting the internalization of value beliefs. In terms of teaching integration, through teaching objectives, content design, and post-class practice with reflection, it deeply aligns ideological elements with knowledge delivery, competency cultivation, and literacy enhancement goals to achieve collaborative education. In terms of closed-loop evaluation, a dynamic feedback mechanism is formed through the three-tier evaluation indicators of“goal achievement-implementation effectiveness-process satisfaction.” The study shows that this paradigm enhances students’ political identity and social responsibility, improves critical thinking and innovation ability.更多还原
