【Abstract】 This paper,in response to the new era ’s demand for cultivating Chinese distinctive financial culture,explores the internal logic,mechanism of action and practical pathways through which red culture nurtures the professional belief of financial practitioners. Building on the threefold internal logic and practical value construction of the red culture in shaping financial professional belief,the essay analyzes the intrinsic mechanism of the red culture influence on the formation of financial professional belief with six dimensions: symbolic narrative,empowerment transformation,value internalization,behavioral practice,feedback reinforcement and identity reinforcement. Furthermore,it provides a multi-level,closed-loop practical framework from the five perspectives: dissemination education,institutional coupling,technological empowerment,identity construction and research application synergy.更多还原
