【摘要】 在全球化与科技革命交织的背景下，以技术赋能与文化创新的深度融合为驱动，新质生产力为民族传统体育的高质量发展构建了理论框架，并开辟出创新性实践路径。本文采用文献资料法，以文化新质生产力为切入点，强调以数字技术、智能算法重构文化生产与传播逻辑，以创造性转化与创新性发展激活民族传统体育文化内蕴的现代生命力。研究发现，当前民族传统体育面临文化建设水平薄弱、文化普及范围狭窄、文化传承体系老旧、文化交流动力匮乏等现实困境。针对上述问题，提出教育筑基、科技驱动、以人为本、协同创新的推进路径。研究认为，新质生产力的赋能需平衡技术工具性与文化本真性，在维护民族文化基因的同时，拓展其全球竞争力与可持续发展空间，为铸牢中华民族共同体意识、增强文化软实力提供理论与实践支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the intertwined backdrop of globalization and the technological revolution, driven by the deep integration of technological empowerment and cultural innovation, new quality productive forces have constructed a theoretical framework for the high-quality development of traditional ethnic sports and opened up innovative paths for practical implementation. This paper, taking cultural new quality productive forces as a focal point, emphasizes reconstructing cultural production and dissemination logic through digital technology and intelligent algorithms, as well as revitalizing the intrinsic modern vitality of traditional ethnic sports culture through creative transformation and innovative development. The study finds that traditional ethnic sports currently face several challenges, including weak cultural development, limited cultural outreach, outdated inheritance systems, and a lack of momentum for cross-cultural exchange. In response to the above issues, based on the fundamental connotation of new quality productive forces, a promotion path is proposed that includes laying a foundation through education, driving progress through science and technology, prioritizing people, and fostering collaborative innovation. The study highlights that the empowerment of new quality productive forces requires balancing technological instrumentalism with cultural authenticity. While preserving the core essence of ethnic culture, it is also crucial to expand its global competitiveness and sustainable development potential, providing both theoretical and practical support for strengthening the sense of a shared Chinese national identity and enhancing cultural soft power.更多还原
