氧化透明质酸交联碳酰肼明胶/半胱氨酸壳聚糖复合水凝胶的制备及pH响应和抗氧化性能

【摘要】 为提升天然高分子水凝胶的生物功能,设计并构建一种基于氧化透明质酸(OHA)、半胱氨酸接枝壳聚糖(CSCys)与碳酰肼改性明胶(Gel-CDH)的pH响应型复合水凝胶。该水凝胶通过醛基与氨基/肼基之间的席夫碱反应实现动态共价交联,形成稳定且可调控的三维网络结构。通过调节OHA比例,制得3种水凝胶,并系统评估其溶胀行为与pH值的关系及抗氧化活性。结果表明:该复合水凝胶不仅具备良好的pH响应性,还因巯基等功能团的协同作用,展现出优异的自由基清除能力。

【Abstract】 To enhance the biological functionality of natural polymer hydrogels, a pH-responsive composite hydrogel was designed and constructed based on oxidized hyaluronic acid(OHA), cysteine-grafted chitosan(CSCys), and carbonyl hydrazide-modified gelatin(Gel-CDH). The hydrogel achieved dynamic covalent crosslinking through Schiff base reactions between aldehyde groups and amino/hydrazide groups to form a stable and tunable three-dimensional network structure. By adjusting the OHA ratio, three types of hydrogels were prepared, and their swelling behavior in relation to pH values as well as antioxidant activity were systematically evaluated. The results showed that this composite hydrogel not only exhibited excellent pH responsiveness but also demonstrated superior free radical scavenging capability due to the synergistic effects of functional groups such as thiol groups.
