阻燃聚氯乙烯在建筑工程中的应用研究进展
Research Progress on the Application of Flame-retardant Polyvinyl Chloride in Construction Engineering
【摘要】 随着城市化进程的加速和高层建筑的增多,建筑材料的防火性能显得尤为重要。该文综述了阻燃聚氯乙烯(FR-PVC)在建筑工程中的相关研究进展,着重分析了各种阻燃剂的类型、作用机理及其改性效果。通过添加金属基、黏土基、碳基和其他类别的阻燃剂,FR-PVC的防火性能获得显著提高。此外,探讨了环保型无卤阻燃剂在PVC改性中的应用,分析了其对PVC热稳定性、阻燃性以及机械性能的影响。该文为FR-PVC在建筑工程中的应用研究和设计提供了参考,并提出了未来阻燃PVC设计开发的可能方向。
【Abstract】 With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of high-rise buildings, the fire resistance of building materials has become particularly important. The research progress on the application of flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride(FR-PVC) in construction engineering was reviewed, focusing on the types of flame retardants, mechanisms of action, and modification effects. By adding metal-based, clay-based, carbon-based, and other types of flame retardants, the fire performance of FR-PVC has been significantly enhanced. In addition, the use of environmentally friendly halogen-free flame retardants in PVC modification was explored, by analyzing their impact on the thermal stability, flame retardancy and mechanical properties of PVC. A reference for research and design on the application of FR-PVC in construction engineering is provided in this paper, and potential directions for the future development of flame-retardant PVC is suggested.
