【摘要】 目的：观察耳穴贴压联合神阙穴隔物灸对产妇产后宫缩痛的影响。方法：选取2023年6月至2024年6月商丘市中医院妇产科住院治疗的剖宫产后宫缩痛产妇130例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各65例。两组产妇产后均给予抗感染及对症治疗，对照组给予神阙穴隔物灸治疗，观察组行耳穴贴压联合神阙穴隔物灸治疗。观察两组产妇产后宫缩痛程度[视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score, VAS)]、宫缩痛持续时间与发作次数、负性情绪[抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale, SDS)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale, SAS)]、满意度。结果：观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后宫缩痛持续时间短于对照组，发作次数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后SDS、SAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为96.92%,对照组满意度为87.69%,观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：耳穴贴压联合神阙穴隔物灸能减轻产妇产后宫缩痛程度，缩短疼痛持续时间，还能使疼痛发作次数减少，缓解患者负性情绪，提高满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of auricular point taping combined with indirect moxibustion at Shenque(CV8) acupoint on postpartum uterine contraction pain in parturient women.Methods: A total of 130 parturient women with post-cesarean uterine contraction pain admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Shangqiu City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method, with 65 cases in each group.Both groups received anti-infective and symptomatic treatments postpartum.The control group was additionally treated with indirect moxibustion at Shenque(CV8) acupoint, while the observation group received additional auricular point taping combined with indirect moxibustion at Shenque(CV8) acupoint.The severity of postpartum uterine contraction pain [visual analogue score(VAS)],duration and frequency of pain episodes, negative emotions [self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],and satisfaction were observed in both groups.Results: After treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The duration of uterine contraction pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the frequency of episodes was fewer, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.92%,compared to 87.69% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Auricular point taping combined with indirect moxibustion at Shenque(CV8) acupoint can alleviate the severity of postpartum uterine contraction pain, shorten pain duration, reduce the frequency of pain episodes, relieve negative emotions, and enhance satisfaction in parturient women.更多还原
