【摘要】 黄疸是以面目发黄、身黄、小便黄为主要临床特征的一类疾病，张仲景在《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中提出治黄八法：邪郁肌表、营卫不和所导致的黄疸可选用汗法，胃脘部宿食、痰涎壅滞所导致的黄疸可选用吐法，胃肠有形实邪积滞所导致的黄疸可选用下法，少阳失和、半表半里所导致的黄疸可选用和法，寒邪在里所导致的黄疸可选用温法，热邪在里所导致的黄疸可选用清法，痰凝、水结、湿聚、气滞、瘀血、食积所致的癥瘕痞块导致的黄疸可选用消法，气血阴阳不足所导致的黄疸可选用补法。临床根据黄疸的病因病机和黄疸类型选择不同的治疗方法，可单独也可联合使用，不同临床阶段的患者临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jaundice is a type of disease with yellowing of the face, body, and urine as its clinical features. ZHANG Zhongjing proposed eight methods for treating jaundice in his works Shang Han Lun(Treatise on Cold Damage) and Jin Gui Yao Lve(Essentials from the Golden Cabinet): The sweating method can be employed for jaundice caused by pathogenic factors stagnating the exterior and disharmony between Ying nutrients and Wei-defence, the vomiting method for jaundice due to retained food in the stomach or congestion of phlegm and saliva, the draining downward method for jaundice resulting from the accumulation of tangible excess pathogens in the intestines and stomach, the harmonizing method for jaundice caused by disharmony of Shaoyang, the warming method for jaundice due to cold pathogens in the interior, the clearing method for jaundice caused by heat pathogens in the interior, the reducing method for jaundice arising from conditions such as phlegm coagulation, water accumulation, dampness aggregation, qi stagnation, blood stasis, or food accumulation leading to abdominal masses and stuffiness, and the tonifying method for jaundice resulting from deficiency of qi, blood, yin, and yang. In summary, clinical treatment for jaundice varies based on its etiology, pathogenesis, and type, and can be used independently or in combination. Significant clinical efficacy has been observed in patients at different stages of the disease.更多还原
