【摘要】 土壅木郁是癌性腹胀的核心病机，病机演变可分为“脾虚生壅”和“肝木郁极”两个阶段，痰浊、水湿、瘀血、癌毒为病理因素，其中癌毒是与其他疾病的根本区别。邪气壅滞中焦脾土，肝失疏泄，导致腹胀缠绵难愈，若不加干预，正气日渐消亡，终将病重难疗。临证根据病机演变特点和症状变化对癌性腹胀进行分阶段论治，以疏土达木为主要治疗原则，创立“疏土汤”与“扶正化浊汤”,实现扶正与攻邪并举，着力改善患者生活质量，临床疗效显著。更多还原
