【摘要】 目的 探讨沉浸式多情景高龄模拟体验法在提升老年科护士专业能力中的应用效果。方法 采用自身前后对照设计，于2023年12月至2024年6月选择河南省郑州市某三级甲等医院老年科的60名护士作为研究对象。基于老年护理学理论及专家建议，组建高龄模拟体验团队，设计了理论授课与情景模拟体验相结合的培训模式，涵盖居家生活、外出就餐、超市购物3个情景。运用科根的老年人态度量表(KAOPS)和人文关怀能力评价量表(CAI),分别在体验前后测评老年科护士对老年人态度及人文关怀能力的变化。结果 60名护士均顺利完成高龄模拟体验。体验前后对比显示，护士对老年人的态度得分由(152.40±23.15)分提高至(165.07±24.46)分，人文关怀能力得分由181.00(172.00,191.00)分提高至201.00(192.00,214.50)分(P<0.001)。结论 沉浸式多情景高龄模拟体验改善了老年科护士对老年人的态度，提升了护士的人文关怀能力，创新了护士培训模式，为提高老年护理服务质量奠定了坚实基础，对培养具备同理心和高专业素养的护理人才具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of immersive multi-scenario elderly simulation experience in improving the professional competence of geriatric nurses. Methods A pre-post self-control design was adopted. From December 2023 to June 2024, sixty nurses from the geriatrics department of a tertiary grade-A hospital in Zhengzhou, Henan Province were selected as the research subjects. Based on the theories of geriatric nursing and expert suggestions, a simulation experience team for the elderly was set up, and a training model combining theoretical teaching and situational simulation experience was designed, covering three scenarios, living at home, eating out, shopping in the supermarket. Kogan’s attitudes toward old people scale(KAOPS) and caring ability inventory(CAI) were used to evaluate the changes of nurses’ attitude and humanistic care ability before and after the experience. Results All 60 nurses successfully completed the simulation experience of old age. The comparison before and after the experience showed that the attitude score of nurses towards the elderly increased from(152.40±23.15) to(165.07±24.46), and the humanistic care ability score increased from 181.00(172.00,191.00) to 201.00(192.00, 214.50)(P<0.001). Conclusion The immersive multi-scenario simulation experience of the elderly can significantly improve the attitude of geriatric nurses towards the elderly, enhance the humanistic care ability of nurses, innovate the training mode of nurses, lay a solid foundation for improving the quality of geriatric nursing services, and is of great significance for training nursing talents with empathy and high professional literacy.更多还原
