【摘要】 目的 探究手术室专科护士健康教育实践过程中的困难体验。方法 选取2024年1—3月郑州大学第一附属医院的手术室专科护士作为研究对象，进行一对一的半结构式深入访谈，采用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析访谈资料。结果 最终纳入16名手术室专科护士。根据访谈结果，共提炼出4个主题:与手术患者建立信任关系的困难、与手术患者需求匹配的困难、合理选择和使用传播媒介的困难、手术患者学习能力与参与度差异性的适应性困难。结论 手术室专科护士受工作时间等限制，健康教育实践过程中存在较多的困难和挑战，建议护理管理者关注健康信息传递的不同环节，制定可提升适应个体化差异的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the difficult experience in the practice of health education for nurses in the operating room.Methods From January to March 2024,specialist nurses in the operating room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the research objects to conduct one-to-one semi-structured in-depth interviews,and the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method. Results Finally,16 operating room nurses were included.According to the interview results,four themes were extracted: the difficulty in establishing trust relationship with surgical patients,the difficulty in matching the needs of surgical patients,the difficulty in rationally selecting and using media,and the difficulty in adapting to the differences in surgical patients’ learning ability and participation. Conclusion There are many difficulties and challenges in the practice of health education for operating room nurses due to working hours and other limitations.It is suggested that nursing managers pay attention to different links of health information transmission and formulate strategies that can improve and adapt to individual differences.更多还原
