【摘要】 目的 观察臭氧水穴位注射联合康复训练对出血性脑卒中(气虚血瘀型)患者下肢肌力低下的效果。方法 采用多中心随机对照试验将2021年4月至2022年4月在新乡医学院第一附属医院康复医学科、新乡医学院第三附属医院康复医学科、新乡市金秋康复医院康复医学科、河南中医药大学第三附属医院疼痛康复科住院治疗的120例出血性脑卒中(气虚血瘀型)下肢肌力低下的患者随机分成训练组和臭氧组，每组60例。训练组接受常规康复训练，臭氧组接受臭氧水穴位注射联合康复训练。以上治疗均每日1次，每周6 d,8周1个疗程，观察患者治疗前后下肢徒手肌力测试(MMT)、下肢运动功能(FMA)评分和改良Barthel指数评分(MBI)。结果 臭氧组治疗8周后总有效率(96.6%)较训练组(76.6%)高。治疗8周后组内比较两组患者的MMT、FMA、MBI均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);组间比较臭氧组MMT、FMA、MBI均较训练组高(P<0.05)。结论 臭氧水穴位注射联合康复训练可以提高出血性脑卒中(气虚血瘀型)患者下肢肌力及改善日常生活能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ozone water acupoint injection combined with rehabilitation training on lower limb muscle weakness in patients with hemorrhagic stroke( Qi deficiency and blood stasis type). Methods A multicenter randomized controlled trial was conducted to randomly divide 120 patients with hemorrhagic stroke( Qi deficiency and blood stasis type) and lower limb muscle weakness who were hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College,the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College,the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Xinxiang Jinqiu Rehabilitation Hospital,and the Department of Pain Rehabilitation Medicine of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to April 2022 into a training group and an ozone group,with 60 patients in each group. The training group received routine rehabilitation training,while the ozone group received ozone water acupoint injection combined with rehabilitation training. The above treatments were conducted once a day,6 days a week,and 8 weeks a course. The patient’s manual muscle testing( MMT),Fugl-Meyer assessment for lower extremity( FMA) score,and modified Barthel index( MBI) were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the ozone group after 8 weeks of treatment( 96. 6%) was higher than that( 76. 6%) of the training group. After 8 weeks of treatment,the MMT,FMA and MBI of the two groups improved compared to before treatment( P < 0. 05).
