【摘要】 目的 系统评价食管癌(EC)患者心理痛苦的影响因素，为心理痛苦精准管理提供循证依据。方法 检索Pub Med、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、Embase、Scopus、CBM、中国知网、万方、维普9个中英文数据库关于EC患者心理痛苦影响因素的观察性研究，时间限定为建库至2022年12月31日。由2名研究人员根据纳入与排除标准进行文献筛选、数据提取及文献质量评价，并对纳入研究进行定性分析与归纳。结果 共纳入16篇文献。众多影响因素涉及人口学因素4个、疾病生理因素15个、心理社会因素11个、环境因素3个。结论 EC患者心理痛苦的影响因素多而分散，未来可进一步开展中介因素分析、潜类别纵向轨迹分析等实证研究，以深入探讨心理痛苦影响因素的影响路径和机制，为医护人员制定精准的护理干预提供高质量证据支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically evaluate the influencing factors of psychological distress in patients with esophageal cancer( EC),and provide evidence-based support for the precise management of psychological distress. Methods Observational studies on the influencing factors of psychological distress in patients with EC were searched in nine Chinese and English databases,including Pub Med,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,Embase,Scopus,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP from the establishment of the databases to December 31,2022. Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted data,evaluated the quality of included studies,and conducted qualitative analysis and summarization. Results A total of 16 articles were included. Many influencing factors involved 4 demographic factors,15 disease physiological factors,11 psychosocial factors,and 3 environmental factors. Conclusion The influencing factors of psychological distress in EC patients were numerous and scattered,and further empirical studies such as mediating factor analysis and latent longitudinal trajectory analysis can be carried out in the future to deeply explore the influencing path and mechanism of psychological distress influencing factors,and provide high-quality evidence support for medical staff to formulate accurate nursing interventions.更多还原
