【摘要】 目的 调查老年类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的残疾接受度及其影响因素，为老年RA残疾患者心理支持提供依据。方法 采用残疾接受度量表(ADS-R)、Tilburg衰弱量表、慢性病自我管理量表及健康评估问卷-残疾指数(HAQ-DI)对220例老年RA患者进行问卷调查。结果 老年RA患者残疾接受度得分为(79.19±4.55)分，各维度得分由高到低排序为包容维度、转变维度、从属维度、扩大维度。多元线性回归分析显示，受教育程度、衰弱、自我管理水平、躯体功能状况是患者残疾接受程度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 老年RA患者的残疾接受度为中等水平，医务工作者应重视并尽早评估患者的残疾接受度，以残疾接受度各维度及影响因素为切入点，开展有针对性的干预措施，提高患者残疾接受水平，促进心理健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the disability acceptance and influencing factors of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA),and to provide a basis for psychological support for elderly patients with RA disabilities. Methods A total of 220 elderly patients with RA were surveyed using the acceptance of disability scale-revised(ADS-R),Tilburg frailty scale,chronic disease self-management scale,and health assessment questionnaire-disability index(HAQ-DI). Results The disability acceptance score of elderly patients with RA was(79.19±4.55),and the scores of each dimension were ranked from high to low,inclusion dimension, transformation dimension, subordination dimension, and expansion dimension. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level, frailty, self-management level, and physical function status were the influencing factors of disability acceptance(P<0.05). Conclusion The disability acceptance of elderly patients with RA is at a medium level,and medical workers should pay attention to and evaluate the disability acceptance of patients as soon as possible,and carry out targeted interventions based on the dimensions and influencing factors of disability acceptance,so as to improve the disability acceptance level of patients and promote mental health.更多还原
