【摘要】 目的 基于自我决定理论(SDT)深入了解中青年舌癌术后患者语音训练期间的自我管理体验，为中青年舌癌术后语音训练干预措施提供参考。方法 采用质性研究方法，选取郑州大学第一附属医院口腔颌面外科联合语音治疗科会诊初次行语音训练的15名中青年舌癌术后患者为研究对象，进行半结构化深入访谈，应用内容分析法对访谈资料进行分析、整理归纳及提炼主题。结果 基于自我决定理论，共提炼4个主题:信息支持不足，患者缺乏归属感;自我管理计划参与度低，患者胜任力降低;自我管理目标不明确，患者自主性不足;动机需求的及时满足帮助了患者增强自我管理能力。结论 医护人员需要通过提供充足的信息支持、合理制定计划、明确管理目标、及时满足患者动机需求，以提高患者的归属感、胜任力及自主性，提高中青年舌癌术后患者语音训练期间的自我管理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the self-management experience of middle-aged and young patients with tongue cancer treated with speech therapy based on self-determination theory and provide reference for speech therapy intervention measures for middle-aged and young patients with tongue cancer. Methods Qualitative research was conducted and 15 middle-aged and young patients with tongue cancer treated with speech therapy in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Zhengzhou University First Affiliated Hospital and the Speech Therapy Department were selected as the research subjects. Then in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted and content analysis was used to analyze,refine and summarizethe interview data. Results Based on the self-determination theory,four themes were identified: insufficient information support,lack of sense of belonging,low participation in self-management plans,reduced competence; unclear self-management goals,lack of autonomy, timely satisfaction of motivational needs helped patients enhance their self-management ability.Conclusion Medical staffs should provide sufficient information support,reasonable plan,clarify management goals,and timely satisfy patients’ motivational needs to enhance their sense of belonging,competence,and autonomy so as to improve the selfmanagement ability of middle-aged and young patients with tongue cancer during speech therapy.更多还原
