【摘要】 目的 回顾性分析基于手术室护理质量敏感指标的护理模式干预在食管癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取河南科技大学第一附属医院2022年12月至2023年12月110例食管癌手术患者，按护理方法分为常规组(55例，行常规护理)、敏感指标组(55例，在常规组基础上行基于手术室护理质量敏感指标的护理)，比较两组康复效果、术后并发症、生活质量[食管癌专用量表(QLQ-OES18)]。结果 敏感指标组肠蠕动、首次进食、下床活动、住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生情况相比，差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);干预后敏感指标组QLQ-OES18评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 基于手术室护理敏感指标的护理模式对食管癌手术患者干预效果较好，能促进术后康复，进而提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To retrospectively analyze the application effect of a nursing model based on operating room nursing quality sensitive indicators in patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery. Methods A total of 110 patients who underwent esophageal cancer surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected. According to the nursing method,they were divided into a conventional group( 55 cases,receiving routine nursing) and a sensitive indicator group( 55 cases,receiving nursing based on operating room nursing quality sensitive indicators in addition to routine care). Rehabilitation outcomes,postoperative complications,and quality of life[assessed using the quality of life questionnaire for esophageal cancer module 18( QLQ-OES18) ]were compared between the two groups. Results The times to bowel sounds recovery,first feeding,first ambulation,and hospital stay in the sensitive indicator group were all shorter than those in the conventional group( P < 0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After the intervention,the QLQ-OES18 score in the sensitive indicator group was lower than that in the conventional group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The nursing model based on operating room nursing sensitive indicators has a positive intervention effect in patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery.
