【摘要】 目的 探讨丙泊酚复合肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞对肩袖损伤患者术后血压、术野评分及视觉模拟评分(VAS)的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年6月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的80例肩袖损伤行肩关节镜手术患者。随机分为A组(丙泊酚静脉全麻)和B组(丙泊酚复合肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞)，每组40例。比较两组术前、术中、术后血压、心率、术野评分、VAS评分及不良反应。结果 B组术中术后血压、心率低于A组，术野评分高于A组，VAS评分及不良反应发生率低于A组(P<0.05)。结论 丙泊酚复合肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞能有效降低肩袖损伤患者术后血压、减轻疼痛、改善术野质量、减少应激反应和不良反应，是一种安全有效的麻醉方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of propofol combined with interscalene brachial plexus block on blood pressure,surgical field score and VAS score in patients with rotator cuff injury. Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,a total of80 patients with rotator cuff injuries who underwent arthroscopic shoulder surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected. These patients were randomly assigned to group A( propofol-based intravenous general anesthesia)and group B( propofol combined with interscalene brachial plexus block),with 40 cases in each group. Blood pressure,heart rate,surgical field score,VAS score,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before,during and after surgery. Results In group B,both intraoperative and postoperative blood pressure and heart rate were lower than those in group A( P < 0. 05). The surgical field score in group B was higher than that in group A( P < 0. 05). Additionally,the VAS score and the incidence of adverse reactions in group B were markedly lower than those in group A( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Propofol combined with interscalene brachial plexus block can effectively reduce postoperative blood pressure,relieve pain,improve surgical field quality,reduce stress response and adverse reactions in patients with rotator cuff injury.
