【摘要】 目的 探究养阴解毒汤在气阴两虚型胃癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年6月南阳市中心医院收治的96例气阴两虚型胃癌化疗患者，采用随机数字表法分为养阴解毒汤组(接受养阴解毒汤联合替吉奥、顺铂治疗，48例)和对照组(接受替吉奥、顺铂方案治疗，48例)。比较两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、免疫功能、癌因性疲乏评分和不良反应等。结果 养阴解毒汤组临床有效率、疾病控制率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分低于治疗前，且养阴解毒汤组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+、血清皮质醇水平均升高，CD8~+均下降，且养阴解毒汤组CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+、血清皮质醇水平均高于对照组，CD8~+均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后简易疲劳量表(BFI)、PIPER疲乏量表(PFS)评分均低于治疗前，且养阴解毒汤组低于对照组，(P<0.05)。养阴解毒汤组中位无进展生存期、中位总生存期优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 养阴解毒汤能够有效改善气阴两虚型胃癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏，并增强患者的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Yangyin Jiedu Decoction in chemotherapy patients with gastric cancer of qi and yin deficiency type. Methods A total of 96 patients with qi and yin deficiency type gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method: the Yangyin Jiedu Decoction group(receiving Yangyin Jiedu Decoction combined with Tegio and Cisplatin treatment, 48 cases) and the control group(receiving Tegio and Cisplatin treatment, 48 cases). The treatment effects, traditional Chinese medical science syndrome scores, immune function, cancer-related fatigue scores, and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical effective rate and disease control rate of the Yangyin Jiedu Decoction group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicalsyndrome scores of both groups were lower than before treatment, and the Yangyin Jiedu Decoction group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3~+, CD4~+, CD4~+/CD8~+, and serum cortisol increased in both groups, while CD8~+decreased. Moreover, the levels of CD3~+, CD4~+, CD4~+/CD8~+, and serum cortisol in the Yangyin Jiedu Decoction group were higher than those in the control group, while CD8~+levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of the simplified fatigue inventory(BFI) and Piper fatigue scale(PFS) in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the Yangyin Jiedu Decoction group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The median progression free survival and median overall survival of the Yangyin Jiedu Decoction group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yangyin Jiedu Decoction can effectively improve cancer-related fatigue in gastric cancer chemotherapy patients with qi and yin deficiency, and enhance their immune function.更多还原
