波叶青牛胆化学成分研究
Study on Chemical Constituents of Tinospora crispa
【摘要】 采用正、反相硅胶柱层析、半制备HPLC等色谱方法对波叶青牛胆(Tinospora crispa)70%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过1H-NMR和13C-NMR等波谱技术对化合物结构进行鉴定,分离鉴定19个化合物,分别为:β-谷甾醇(1)、马克甾酮C(2)、6-羟基豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(3)、环桉烯醇(4)、芹菜素(5)、丁香树脂醇(6)、6-羟基己酸乙酯反式阿魏酸酯(7)、反式阿魏酸(8)、赤式愈创木基甘油-β-O-4’-松柏基醚(9)、苏式愈创木基甘油-β-O-4’-松柏基醚(10)、催吐叶醇(11)、黑麦草内酯(12)、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(13)、香草酸(14)、香草醛(15)、丁香醛(16)、丁香酸(17)、对羟基苯甲醛(18)、对羟基苯甲酸(19)。其中化合物3、7、8、9、10、11、12、16、17为首次从该植物中分离得到。应用对硝基苯基-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷测试活性的结果表明,50μmol/L上述化合物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性小于50%。
【Abstract】 To investigate the chemical composition of 70% ethanol Tinospora crispa extracts, 19 compounds were ultimately isolated using normal and reverse column chromatography, as well as semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were determined through 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy. The compounds were identified as β-sitosterol(1), makisterone C(2), 6β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-3-one(3), cycloeucalenol(4), apigenin(5), syringaresinol(6), 6-hydroxyhexan-oic acid ethyl ester(E)-ferulate(7),(E)-ferulicacid(8), erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4’-coniferyl ether(9), threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4’-coniferyl ether(10), vomifoliol(11), loliolide(12), methylparaben(13), vanillic acid(14), vanillin(15), syringaldehyde(16), syringic acid(17), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(18), p-hydroxybenzoic acid(19). Compounds 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16 and 17 were isolated from this plant for the first time. The activity of p-nitrophenyl-D-glucopyranoside was tested, and the inhibitory activity of 50 μmol/L these compounds on glucosidase was less than 50%.
