固废基胶凝材料对生态混凝土性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了再生微粉与赤泥复掺比例(4∶0、3∶1、2∶2、1∶3、0∶4)对生态混凝土工作性、孔隙率、抗压强度和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随着赤泥比例的增加,净浆的流动度降低,生态混凝土的总孔隙率、连通孔隙率、28 d抗压强度均先增大后降低;再生微粉与赤泥复掺降低了生态混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能;综合考虑生态混凝土的各项性能,推荐再生微粉与赤泥的复掺比例为3∶1。

【Abstract】 The effects of the compound ratios(4∶0, 3∶1, 2∶2, 1∶3, 0∶4) of recycled micro powder and red mud on the workability, porosity, compressive strength and sulfate resistance of ecological concrete were investigated. The results show that with the increase of the proportion of red mud, the fluidity of the slurry decreases, the total porosity, the connected porosity, and the 28 d compressive strength of the ecological concrete first increase and then decrease. The compound mixing of recycled micro powder and red mud reduces the sulfate resistance of ecological concrete. Comprehensive consideration of the performance of ecological concrete, the recommended compound ratio of recycled micro powder and red mud is 3∶1.
