【摘要】 自我革命是中国共产党经由百余年探索而找到的跳出“历史周期率”的第二个答案，是确保党始终成为伟大事业的领导核心并赢得历史主动、实现伟大社会革命的必然要求。作为马克思主义革命观在新时代的赓续创新，自我革命遵循马克思主义唯物辩证法的基本精神，是马克思主义政党担当初心使命的内在规定。党内法规是党推进自我革命的实践产物，是将自我革命的抽象原则转化为具体行为规范的关键介体。党的自我革命为党内法规建构了精神内核、提供了建设动力以及确立了重点建设目标，这也使得党内法规在实践中催生出了强大的自我革命功能。这一功能的发挥，有效推进了党的自我革命制度规范的体系化进程，进一步深化了全面从严治党，并推动新时代反腐败斗争不断取得新的胜利。更多还原

【Abstract】 Self-reform is the second answer discovered by the Communist Party of China through over a century of exploration to break free from the“historical cycle rate”. It is an essential requirement for ensuring that the Party remains the core leadership of great causes,maintains historical initiative,and achieves the great social revolution. As a continuation and innovation of the Marxist concept of revolution in the new era,self-reform adheres to the fundamental spirit of Marxist materialist dialectics and represents the inherent obligation of a Marxist political party to uphold the original aspiration and founding mission. Intra-Party regulations are both the practical product of the Party’s pursuit of self-reform and the crucial intermediary that translates the abstract principles of self-reform into concrete behavioral norms. The Party’s self-reform constructs the spiritual core for intra-Party regulations,provides the impetus for their development,and establishes priority development objectives,which endows intra-Party regulations with a powerful self-reform function in practice. The practice of this function effectively advances the systematization of self-reform institutional norms,further deeply exercises full and strict governance over the Party,and drives the continuous achievement of new victories in the fight against corruption in the new era.更多还原
