洛河水系6月龄黄河雅罗鱼形态性状与体重的相关性及通径分析

【摘要】 为研究黄河雅罗鱼体重和形态性状间关系,本研究以洛河水系6月龄人工繁育个体为研究对象,随机选取42尾个体,测量其体重以及全长(X1)、体长(X2)、体高(X3)、头长(X4)、头高(X5)、吻长(X6)、眼径(X7)、尾柄长(X8)、尾柄高(X9)等9个形态性状,进行了相关分析、通径分析和多元回归分析,构建了形态性状和体重间的多元回归方程。结果表明,9个形态指标与体重间的相关性均达到了极显著水平(P<0.01),体长对体重的直接影响最大,其通径系数为0.428;体长决定系数为0.183,在所有测定形态指标中最大;体长、体高和全长是体重的主要决定因素,总决定系数达到0.956;基于上述分析,建立最佳回归方程为:y=-16.671+0.497X1+1.741X2+6.323X3。本研究为黄河雅罗鱼资源评价和人工育种提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 To investigate the relationship between body weight and morphological traits of Leuciscus chuanchicus, the artificial breeding individuals in Luohe River system was used as research objects in this study. Forty-two individuals were randomly selected to measure their body weight and 9 morphological traits, including total length(X1), body length(X2), body height(X3), head length(X4), head height(X5), snout length(X6), eye diameter(X7), tail stalk length(X8) and tail stalk height(X9). Based on these data, the correlation analysis, path analysis and multiple regression analysis were completed, and the multiple regression equations between morphological traits and body weight were constructed. The results showed that there was a very significant correlation between 9 morphological indexes and the body weight( p < 0.01). In particular, body length had the greatest direct influence on body weight, and its path coefficient was 0.428. The determination coefficient of body length was 0.183, which was the largest among all morphological indicators. In addition, body length, body height and total length were the main determinants of body weight, and their total coefficient of determination reached 0.956. Based on the above analysis, the optimal regression equation was established as: Y=-16.671+0.497X1+1.741X2+6.323X3. In conclusion, body length should be the main selection trait and body height and total length should be the auxiliary selection trait when body weight is the main objective for the selection of 6-month-old Leuciscus chuanchicus. The results in this study can provide scientific basis for resource evaluation and artificial breeding of Leuciscus chuanchicus, and help to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the selection of excellent individuals.
