施硫对水稻镉吸收及其逆境生理指标的影响

【摘要】 为明确施硫技术对缓解水稻镉(Cd)污染胁迫的应用效果,通过盆栽试验模拟土壤Cd单一胁迫(施硫酸镉1.46、4.38和7.30 mg/kg),以‘玉针香’为供试水稻品种,探究了硫肥施用量(施硫酸钾0、31.32、62.64、93.96、125.28和156.6 g/盆)对不同程度Cd污染土壤中水稻地上部Cd积累量、土壤Cd含量以及水稻植株逆境生理指标的影响。结果表明:施硫酸钾62.64 g/盆的处理对水稻籽粒与茎秆的降Cd效果最优,其中水稻籽粒Cd含量在轻、中度Cd污染环境下较对照分别下降22%、32%,水稻茎秆Cd含量在中、重度Cd污染环境下较对照分别下降23%、41%;Cd胁迫对水稻籽粒中可溶性糖含量的影响较小,但其对可溶性蛋白与L-脯氨酸含量的影响较大。硫肥用量过高或过低均会干扰水稻对Cd的吸收调控,并影响其逆境生理响应。综合来看,施硫酸钾62.64 g/盆是一种有效降低水稻Cd吸收且兼顾籽粒营养品质的潜在施肥策略,为轻中度Cd污染农田的安全利用提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 To evaluate the application effect of precise sulfur application technology in alleviating cadmium (Cd) pollution stress in rice,a pot experiment was conducted to simulate single Cd stress in soil (by applying cadmium sulfate at 1.46,4.38,and 7.30 mg/kg).Using ’Yuzhenxiang’ as the test rice variety,the effects of sulfur fertilizer application rates (potassium sulfate applied at 0,31.32,62.64,93.96,125.28,and 156.6 g/pot) on Cd accumulation in the aboveground parts of rice,soil Cd content,and stress physiological indicators of rice plants under varying degrees of Cd pollution were investigated.The results showed that the treatment with 62.64g/pot of potassium sulfate achieved the optimal reduction in Cd content in rice grains and straw.Specifically,under mild and moderate Cd pollution conditions,the Cd content in rice grains decreased by 22% and 32%,respectively,compared to the control.Under moderate and severe Cd pollution conditions,the Cd content in rice straw decreased by 23% and 41%,respectively,compared to the control.Cd stress had a minor impact on the soluble sugar content in rice grains,but significantly affected the contents of soluble protein and L-proline.Both excessive and insufficient application of sulfur fertilizer interfered with the regulation of Cd uptake in rice,and influenced its stress physiological response.In conclusion,the application of 62.64 g/pot of potassium sulfate is a potential fertilization strategy that effectively reduces Cd uptake in rice while maintaining grain nutritional quality,providing a reference for the safe utilization of mildly to moderately Cd-contaminated farmland.
