蔗糖与独脚金内酯对月季腋芽萌发的影响

【摘要】 研究以‘滇红’去顶扦插苗为材料,通过喷施GR24(SLs类似物)及0、50、100、150和300 mmol/L蔗糖,测定第1腋芽长度、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量和抗氧化酶活性等指标,探究蔗糖和独脚金内酯(SLs)对腋芽萌发的影响。结果表明:喷施蔗糖可显著促进去顶‘滇红’第1腋芽生长,其中100 mmol/L蔗糖的促进效果最佳;去顶处理可诱导‘滇红’第1腋芽萌发,外源喷施20 μmol/L GR24可显著抑制该过程,而喷施蔗糖有效缓解了SLs对第1腋芽萌发的抑制作用;与单独喷施GR24相比,喷施20 μmol/L GR24和100 mmol/L蔗糖处理的‘滇红’植株叶片的SPAD值、可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著降低,说明蔗糖通过拮抗SLs信号,解除了对腋芽的生理抑制。

【Abstract】 The effects of sucrose and strigolactones (SLs) on axillary bud outgrowth of Rosa hybrida ’Dianhong’ were investigated.The cuttings of R.hybrida ’Dianhong’ with the top removed were used as experimental materials to study the effects of GR24 (an artificial analog of SLs) and different concentrations (0,50,100,150,and 300 mmol/L) of sucrose on the first axillary bud length,chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,and antioxidant enzyme activities.The results showed that spraying sucrose significantly promoted the growth of the first axillary buds of the top-removed R.hybrida ’Dianhong’ plants,with the 100 mmol/L sucrose showing the strongest promotion effect.Top removal induced the first axillary bud outgrowth,which was inhibited by exogenous spraying of 20 μmol/L GR24.The spraying of sucrose,however,alleviated such inhibitory effect.In addition,compared with the treatment of spraying GR24 alone,spraying 20 μmol/L GR24 and 100 mmol/L sucrose significantly decreased the SPAD value,soluble protein content,peroxidase activity,and superoxide dismutase activity of the leaves of R.hybrida ’Dianhong’ plants,which indicated that sucrose mitigated the inhibitory effects of SLs on axillary buds.
