GA3和CPPU对刺葡萄杂交后代果实无核化及品质的影响
Effects of GA3 and CPPU on the Seedlessness and Fruit Quality of Hybrid Progenies of Vitis davidii
【摘要】 为了提高‘紫秋’刺葡萄的可食用性,选取‘玫瑰香’‘京艳’‘金手指’等5个鲜食葡萄与其杂交,以杂交后代果实为材料进行赤霉素(GA3)和氯吡脲(CPPU)的蘸穗处理,探究植物生长调节剂对刺葡萄杂交后代果实无核化及品质的影响。结果表明:GA3和CPPU处理提高了各杂交组合果实无核率和果实单粒重,降低了种子数量和可溶性固形物含量,但各组合对植物生长调节剂的敏感性表现出一定差异。综合来看,‘紫秋’与‘京艳’(13-4-4)、‘玫瑰香’与‘紫秋’(13-9-12、13-9-21)的果实无核率达90%且单粒重达4 g以上,可作为后续研究的优异种质。
【Abstract】 To improve the edibility of ’Ziqiu’ Vitis davidii,this study selected five fresh table grapes including ’Muscat Hamburg’,’Jingyan’ and ’Golden Finger’ for hybridization with it,used the fruits of the hybrid progenies as materials to be dipped with gibberellin (GA3) and 1-(2-chloropyridin-4-yl)-3-phenylurea (CPPU),and explored the effects of plant growth regulators on the seedlessness and fruit quality of the hybrid progenies of V.davidii.The results showed that the treatments with GA3 and CPPU increased the seedless rate of the fruits and the single berry weight of each hybrid combination,and decreased the number of seeds and the content of soluble solids.However,the sensitivity of each combination to plant growth regulators showed certain differences.Overall,the seedless rate of the fruits of ’Ziqiu’ and ’Jingyan’ (13-4-4),as well as ’Muscat Hamburg’ and ’Ziqiu’ (13-9-12,13-9-21) reached 90%,and the single berry weight was over 4 g,which could be used as excellent germplasms for subsequent research.
