绿色低共熔溶剂提取生物碱类化合物的研究进展
Research Progress on the Extraction of Alkaloid Compounds Using Green Deep Eutectic Solvents
【摘要】 近年来,低共熔溶剂(DES)作为一种绿色、可持续的溶剂,因其良好的溶解能力和可调节性,逐渐成为有机溶剂的替代品。通过阐述搅拌提取法、超声辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法和机械化学提取法在生物碱类化合物提取中的应用,以及指出DES在生物碱类化合物提取中存在的不足,旨在对DES在生物碱类化合物提取中更好地应用提供新的发展方向。
【Abstract】 In recent years, deep eutectic solvents(DES) have emerged as a green and sustainable alternative to traditional organic solvents due to their excellent solubility and tunability. The applications of stirring extraction,ultrasound-assisted extraction, microwave-assisted extraction, and mechanochemical extraction in isolating alkaloids were discussed, along with an emphasis on the limitations of DES in alkaloid extraction. The goal is to provide new directions for the improved application of DES in alkaloid extraction.
