【摘要】 目的 探究稳心颗粒对蒽环类药物化疗乳腺癌患者心脏毒性的防治效果。方法 选取2021年12月至2023年10月郑州大学第一附属医院行乳腺癌根治术的85例乳腺癌患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=43)。对照组采用氟尿嘧啶+表柔比星+环磷酰胺+曲美他嗪;观察组在对照组基础上加用稳心颗粒。比较2组心电图和心肌肌钙蛋白T(c Tn T)的异常率，心功能指标水平以及不良反应。结果 观察组化疗6个周期后心律失常、QRS波群电压下降、ST-T异常、左室舒张末期内径、c Tn T异常发生率均低于对照组(χ~2=5.701,P=0.017;χ~2=3.983,P=0.046;χ~2=4.753,P=0.029; t=14.029,P<0.001;χ~2=9.790,P=0.002)，而左室射血分数、左心室舒张早期快速充盈峰与舒张晚期充盈峰比值水平均高于对照组(t=10.513,P<0.001; t=11.115,P<0.001)。2组不良反应恶心呕吐、腹痛腹泻、乏力、心率减慢、血压下降比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.362,P=0.124;χ~2=2.313,P=0.128;χ~2=2.292,P=0.130;χ~2=1.445,P=0.229;χ~2=1.708,P=0.191)。结论 稳心颗粒明显减轻乳腺癌患者经蒽环类药物化疗后的心脏毒性，保护患者心脏功能，安全性好，值得临床重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the prevention and treatment effect of wenxin granule on cardiotoxicity in breast cancer patients undergoing anthracycline chemotherapy. Methods A total of 85 patients with breast cancer who underwent radical mastectomy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from December 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the control group( n = 42) and observation group( n = 43) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional treatment regimen : fluorouracil + epirubicin + cyclophosphamide + trimetazidine; the observation group was treated with wenxin granule on the basis of the control group. The abnormal rates of electrocardiogram and cardiac troponin T( c Tn T),levels of cardiac function indicators,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
