【Abstract】 The health-related quality of life(HRQoL) of pregnant women with heart disease is at a relatively poor level. Accurate assessment of HRQoL in these patients is crucial for formulating individualized intervention strategies,optimizing clinical management processes,and improving maternal and infant outcomes. This article reviews the current status of HRQoL in pregnant women with heart disease,influencing factors,scales,and clinical application status. Currently,specific HRQoL scales for pregnant women with heart disease are still in their infancy,and further development and application are needed in the future.更多还原
