【摘要】 目的：探讨全血细胞计数（CBC）指标用于早期妊娠稽留流产患者的预测价值。方法：选取2021年9月—2022年8月于佛山市妇幼保健院确诊的早期妊娠稽留流产妇女（146例）作为研究组，取同期正常妊娠妇女（149名）作为对照组。收集所有研究对象在首次确认妊娠时检测的CBC指标，同时收集两组研究对象的年龄、检测CBC指标时的孕周和终止妊娠时的孕周等一般临床资料。比较两组研究对象之间各指标的差异。结果：红细胞体积分布宽度变异系数（RDW-CV）升高和中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞计数比值（NLR）降低增加早期妊娠稽留流产的发生风险（P<0.05）。受试者工作特征（ROC）曲线分析提示RDW-CV、NLR和联合预测因子Y均可用于预测早期妊娠稽留流产，其中联合预测因子Y具有更高的预测效能，其ROC曲线下面积（AUC）为0.737，特异度为53.6%，灵敏度为81.5%。结论：联合RDW-CV和NLR用于预测早期妊娠稽留流产的能力优于单独的RDW-CV或NLR指标，但其预测价值仍需进一步的深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the predictive value of Complete Blood Count(CBC) index in patients with missed early miscarriage.Methods:Women diagnosed with missed early miscarriage in the Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2021 to August 2022 were randomly selected as the study group, and women with normal pregnancy were selected as the control group. CBC index were collected for all subjects when pregnancy was confirmed the first time, and general clinical data such as age, gestational age at the time of CBC detection and gestational age at the time of termination of pregnancy were collected. The differences of each index between these two groups were compared.Results:The coefficient of variation of red blood cell volume distribution width-coefficient of variation(RDW-CV) and the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR) between the missed early miscarriage group and the normal pregnancy group were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further receiver characteristic curve(ROC) analysis suggested that RDW-CV, NLR and the combined predictor Y could all be used to predict the risk of missed early miscarriage in early pregnancy, and combined predictor Y has higher predictive efficiency. The AUC of combined predictor Y is 0.737, specificity is 53.6% and sensitivity is 81.5%.Conclusion:The predictive power of combined RDW-CV and NLR is better than that of RDW-CV or NLR alone in missed early miscarriage, but the predictive value still needs further in-depth study.更多还原
