【摘要】 目的：基于龙氏量表研究，旨在明确不同失能人群的照护需求。方法：基于龙氏量表，结合文献检索、专家访谈等方法形成针对不同失能人群的照护需求条目。于2022年7—9月在深圳市7家医院对医生、护士、治疗师、患者、陪护及家属进行调查。最终结合条目频次排名明确3类人群的照护需求。结果：共1 478人参与调查，患者，家属及陪护，医生、护士和治疗师分别为170人、632人和676人。对于“床上人”，防压疮照护、大小便照护、翻身拍背等条目总频次排名最高。对于“家庭人”，康复训练、防止意外、个人清洁等总频次排名最高。对于“社会人”，运动锻炼、社交活动、休闲活动等总频次排名最高。结论：明确不同失能人群的照护需求主要指标有利于照护人员清楚照护需求和重点，以便于为其提供针对性照护，优化社会医疗资源的使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the care needs for different populations with disabilities based on the Long’s Scale,so as to identify the care needs of different people with disabilities.Methods:Based on the Long’s Scale,combined with literature review and expert interviews,care needs items for different populations with disabilities were formed. A survey was conducted in 7 hospitals in Shenzhen from July to September 2022 among doctors, nurses, therapists, patients, family members and caregivers. Finally,the care needs of these 3 groups were determined by combining the ranking of item frequencies.Results:A total of 1 478 people participated in the survey, including 170 patients, 632 family members and caregivers, and 676 medical staff. For the “bed person”,the entries for pressure ulcer prevention,toileting care,and turning and patting were the highest ranked in total frequency.For “family members”, rehabilitation training, accident prevention, and personal hygiene ranked highest in terms of total frequency. For “persons who engage in socialization”,exercise,social activities,and leisure activities ranked the highest in terms of total frequency.Conclusion:To clarify the main indicators of care needs of different disabled people is conducive to clear care needs and priorities,so as to provide targeted care for them and optimize the use of social medical resources.更多还原
