【摘要】 目的 编制哺乳压力量表并检验其信效度，为妇女哺乳压力的识别、测评和监控提供有效工具。方法 遵循量表开发范式，结合前期质性研究形成的哺乳压力概念框架及文献回顾初步构建量表条目池，经2轮专家函询、认知性访谈形成量表测试版。选取950名产后哺乳妇女进行调查，对量表进行项目分析及信效度检验。结果 探索性因子分析提取4个公因子(母亲因素、婴儿因素、母婴二联体因素、哺乳环境因素，共18个条目),累计方差贡献率为73.032%;验证性因子分析显示，4因子模型拟合良好，各因子AVE 0.557～0.658,组合信度0.856～0.920,各因子AVE平方根值(0.746～0.811)均大于该因子与其他因子间的相关系数。量表总Cronbach′s α系数为0.925,Spearman-Brown折半信度为0.820;量表水平的内容效度指数S-CVI/Ave为0.960,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.880～1.000。结论 哺乳压力量表具有良好的信效度，可用于评估产后妇女哺乳压力水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a breastfeeding-related stress assessment scale to provide effective tools for the identification, eva-luation and monitoring of breastfeeding pressure in women and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Following the process of scale development, the scale dimensions were formed based on the conceptual framework of breastfeeding-related stress, and a preliminary pool of scale items was constructed by combining the results of the previous qualitative study and literature review, and the first draft of the scale was formed after two rounds of expert consultation and cognitive interviews.A total of 950 postpartum breastfeeding women were selected for the survey.Then item analysis, validity analysis and reliability analysis were performed.Results Exploratory factor analysis extracted four common factors(maternal factor, infant factor, mother-infant dyad factor, and breastfeeding environment factor), with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 73.032%.Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the four-factor model fitted well, with AVE values ranging from 0.557 to 0.658 and composite reliability ranging from 0.856 to 0.920.The square roots of the AVE for each factor(0.746 to 0.811) were greater than the correlations between that factor and the other factors.The overall Cronbach′s α coefficient for the scale was 0.925, and the Spearman-Brown split-half reliability was 0.820.The scale-level content validity index(S-CVI/Ave) was 0.960, while the item-level content validity index ranged from 0.880 to 1.000.Conclusion The Breastfeeding-related Stress Scale was constructed with good reliability and validity to assess the level of lactation stress in postpartum women.更多还原
