【摘要】 目的 探讨创新视域下基于SWOT分析的模块化手术室护理临床培训教学模型对培训教学质量和护生综合素质的提升作用。方法 选取2024-01—2024-06在郑州大学第一附属医院手术室轮转的90名护生作为研究对象，按照入科顺序分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统教学方法，观察组采取创新的基于SWOT分析的模块化配置护理临床培训教学模型教学，比较2组护生的理论和操作技能考核成绩，以及专科知识应用、健康教育教学、综合沟通交流、团队合作、职业素养等护士综合能力评分和对不同教学方法的满意度。结果 观察组护生手术室理论和操作技能考核成绩均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护生的专科知识应用、健康教育教学、综合沟通交流、团队合作、职业素养等护士综合能力评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组带教综合满意度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于SWOT分析的创新模块化配置手术室护理培训教学模型实践应用有助于提升教学质量，提高护生的理论水平和实践技能，拓展护生综合素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of nursing students of an innovative modular clinical training teaching model based on SWOT analysis for operating room nursing on the quality of training and the overall competence.Methods Totally 90 nursing students who rotated through the operating room at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group based on their entry order. The control group used traditional teaching methods, while the observation group employed an innovative modular teaching model based on SWOT analysis. The theoretical and practical skills assessment scores of both groups were compared, as well as the scores for specialist knowledge application, health education teaching, comprehensive communication and interaction, teamwork, and professional qualities. The satisfaction levels with different teaching methods were also compared.Results The observation group had significantly higher scores in theoretical and practical skills assessments compared to that of the control group(P<0.05). The observation group also scored higher in specialist knowledge application, health education teaching, comprehensive communication and interaction, teamwork, and professional qualities(P<0.05). Additionally, the overall satisfaction with the teaching was higher in the observation group compared to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The innovative modular operating room nursing clinical training model based on SWOT analysis contributes to enhancing teaching quality, improving theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and overall competence of nursing students.更多还原
