【摘要】 目的 探讨在老年粗隆间骨折患者护理干预中使用ACTED康复模式对其术后髋关节功能恢复的影响，为提高其康复满意度奠定基础。方法 选择2023年3月—2024年3月合肥市第一人民医院收治的90例老年粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象，按照组间基线资料具有可比性原则分为观察组和对照组，各45例。对照组采用常规康复训练模式，观察组在对照组基础上实施ACTED康复护理模式。统计评估两组患者的康复训练依从性，比较干预前、干预1个月后两组患者的髋关节功能评分、疼痛程度评分，并对比术后1个月并发症发生情况和康复满意度。结果 观察组康复训练依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预前，两组患者Harris评分和VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预1个月后，观察组Harris评分高于对照组，VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预1个月后，观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，康复满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在护理过程中应用ACTED康复护理模式，能够提高老年粗隆间骨折患者的康复训练依从性，提升其髋关节功能，减轻疼痛程度，减少并发症，进而提高其康复满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of using the ACTED rehabilitation model in nursing intervention for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures on their postoperative hip joint function recovery,laying the foundation for improving rehabilitation satisfaction.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures admitted to the Hefei First People s Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of comparability of baseline data between groups,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training model,while the observation group implemented the ACTED rehabilitation nursing model on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation training compliance of both groups of patients was statistically evaluated.The hip joint function scores and pain severity scores were compared between the two groups before the intervention and one month after the intervention.Additionally,the incidence of complications and rehabilitation satisfaction were compared between the two groups one month after surgery.Results The rehabilitation training compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the Harris scores and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of intervention the Harris score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the rehabilitation satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the ACTED rehabilitation nursing model in the nursing process can improve rehabilitation training compliance in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures,enhance hip joint function,relieve pain severity,reduce complications,and ultimately improve rehabilitation satisfaction.更多还原
