【摘要】 目的 探究基于快速康复外科理念的护理在胸腰椎爆裂骨折微创内固定术后患者中的应用效果，为胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者术后早期康复护理提供依据。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年9月医院收治的66例胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者为研究对象，按照组间一般资料具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组，各33例。对照组术后实施常规护理干预，观察组术后实施快速康复外科护理方案，比较两组患者术后不同时间点疼痛评分、并发症发生情况、术后首次下床活动时间、首次排便时间、术后住院时间、出院时脊柱功能障碍评分以及患者对护理工作满意度。结果 两组患者疼痛评分比较，组间、不同时间点、组间及不同时间点间交互作用差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者术后恢复相关指标中术后腹胀、肺炎发生率低于对照组，术后首次下床活动时间、首次排便时间、术后住院时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者出院时的脊柱功能障碍评分优于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复外科护理理念能够有效减少胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者微创内固定术后疼痛感和并发症发生，对于缩短康复疗程、促进脊柱功能恢复具有积极的作用，而且能够提高患者对护理工作的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehablitation surgery nursing concept in postoperative care of minimally invasive internal fixation for thoracolumbar burst fractures,providing a basis for promoting early postoperative rehabilitation nursing for patients with thoracolumbar burst fractures.Methods 66 cases of patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture who underwent minimally invasive internal fixation in our hospital from June 2021 to September 2022 were divided into a control group(n=33) and an observation group(n=33).General postoperation was given to the control group,rapid rehablitation surgery nursing was given to the observation group.The pain scores,incidence of complications,first time out of bed activity,defecation time,hospital stay,spinal dysfunction ODI scores,and patient satisfaction with nursing work between two groups at different postoperative time points were compared between the two groups.Results Comparing the pain score between two groups,there were statisticauy significant between groups,different time,between group and interactive in different time(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension and pulmonary infection in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The time to get out of bed for the first time,the time to defecate and the time to stay in hospital in the experimental group were significantly shorter than the control group,and the ODI score of patients with spinal dysfunction at discharge was better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing can effectively reduce the pain and complications of patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture after minimally invasive internal fixation,which has a positive role in shortening the rehabilitation course and promoting the recovery of spinal function,and can improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.更多还原
