【摘要】 为了探究依布硒对关中奶山羊精液冷冻保存的效果，试验在关中奶山羊精液冷冻稀释液中加入终浓度为0,1,2,3,4 mmol/L的依布硒，测定解冻后精子运动参数、顶体完整率、质膜完整率、抗氧化指标和受胎率。结果表明：在奶山羊精液冷冻稀释液中添加2 mmol/L的依布硒，精子活力、顶体完整率、质膜完整率、受胎率均显著高于其他试验组(P<0.05);超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于其他试验组(P<0.05);丙二醛(MDA)浓度和活性氧(ROS)活性显著低于其他试验组(P<0.05)。说明在精液冷冻稀释液中加入2 mmol/L依布硒可以提高冷冻关中奶山羊精子活力、质膜功能、抗氧化能力及在体内受精的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the effects of ebselen on the cryopreservation of Guanzhong dairy goat semen, ebselen with a final concentration of 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 mmol/L was added to the frozen diluent of Guanzhong dairy goat semen. The sperm motility parameters, acrosome integrity rate, plasma membrane integrity rate, antioxidant index and conception rate were measured after thawing. The results showed that the sperm motility, acrosome integrity rate, plasma membrane integrity rate and conception rate in the frozen semen dilution supplemented with 2 mmol/L ebselen were significantly higher than those in other experimental groups(P<0.05). And the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) were significantly higher than those in other experimental groups(P<0.05). Malonaldehyde(MDA) concentration and active oxygen(ROS) activities were significantly lower than those in other experimental groups(P<0.05). The results indicated that adding 2 mmol/L ebselen to semen diluent could improve the motility, plasma membrane function, antioxidant capacity and fertilization effect in vivo of frozen Guanzhong dairy goat sperm.更多还原
