新文科视域下管理经济学课程的设计与实践

【摘要】 伴随着全球经济环境的变化和企业管理需求的升级,教育改革和课程创新的推动了管理经济学课程的开设。课程设置要求理论与实践相结合,课程内容具备系统性和前瞻性,拥有互动性和参与度同时要培养技能并进行评估,实现跨学科融合。管理经济学课程的设计与课程内容的更新与适应性、教学方法适应性、教学内容的实践性、学生能力的评估、教师能力的提升以及学生需求多样化方面都面临挑战。提出课程内容与时俱进,注重教学实践性,推进多元化教学,优化评估体系,加强教师培训和发展,关注学生需求,推动跨学科整合等建议。

【Abstract】 Driven by the changes in the global economic environment and the upgrading of corporate management needs, educational reform and curriculum innovation, the course of managerial economics is offered. The curriculum requires a combination of theory and practice, systematic and forward-looking course content,interactive and participatory, skills development and assessment, and interdisciplinary integration. The design and adaptability of the course of managerial economics are all challenges in the updating and adaptation of the course content, the adaptability of teaching methods, the practicality of the teaching content, the evaluation of students’ abilities, the improvement of teachers’ abilities, and the diversification of students’ needs. This paper puts forward some teaching suggestions for management economics courses, such as keeping pace with the times, focusing on teaching practice, promoting diversified teaching, optimizing the evaluation system, strengthening teacher training and development, paying attention to students’ needs, and promoting interdisciplinary integration.
