【摘要】 实践逻辑是大学生就业法律教育面临的重要课题。对此，有必要从认知、情感和行为等三个层面进行探讨。认知性实践逻辑是以社会需求为导向对就业法律知识进行甄选、作出符合国家就业创业政策的体系化系统化解读，以完成大学生就业法律意识和法律价值观养成的认知构造；情感性实践逻辑就是通过内需生发进行情感唤起、以关心互动进行情感联结、以场景营造进行情感体验，从而完成大学生就业法律意识和法律价值观养成的情感刻画；行为性实践逻辑则是通过四年贯通、线上线下的时空切割整合、借助于现代技术开展个性化培养，从而完成大学生就业法律意识和法律价值观养成的行动塑造。更多还原

【Abstract】 The practical logic of legal education for college students’ employment is a significant issue. To this end, it is necessary to explore it from three levels: cognition, emotion, and behavior. The cognitive practice logic is guided by social needs to select, systematize, and interpret employment legal knowledge in accordance with national employment and entrepreneurship policies. This process completes the cognitive construction of college students’ legal awareness and values in employment. The emotional practice logic is to evoke emotions through internal demand exploration, connect emotions through caring interaction, and create emotional experiences through situational creation. This comprehensive approach is designed to culminate in the full characterization of college students’ legal awareness and values in the context of employment. The behavioral practice logic is achieved to completing the action shaping of college students’ employment legal awareness and legal values through a four-year integration of online or offline temporal and spatial segmentation, and personalized training by means of modern technology.更多还原
