人工智能对绿色技术创新的影响:理论机制与实证检验
The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Enterprise Green Technology Innovation: Theoretical Mechanism and Empirical Evidence
【摘要】 在全球气候变化日益严峻的背景下,实现“碳达峰与碳中和”的绿色技术创新逐渐成为各国共识。本研究以2012—2023年沪深A股上市公司为样本,系统考察人工智能技术对企业绿色技术创新的影响。研究发现,人工智能的应用显著推动了企业的绿色技术创新。机制分析揭示,人力资本结构在人工智能与绿色技术创新之间的关系中起到积极调节作用,且人力资本结构越好,调节效果越明显。异质性分析发现,东部地区的创新效应显著,而中西部地区效果不明显;非国有企业的表现优于国有企业;技术密集型行业的创新效果最为突出。
【Abstract】 With the worsening of global climate problems, the realization of “peak carbon and carbon neutral” green technology innovation has gradually become a consensus.This paper focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence on enterprises’ green technology innovation, and draws the following conclusions through empirical research on companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets in 2012—2023:The application of artificial intelligence significantly promotes enterprises’ green technology innovation; The human capital structure plays an active regulatory role in the relationship between artificial intelligence and green technology innovation, and the better the human capital structure is, the more obvious the regulatory effect is; In terms of regional heterogeneity, the innovation effect is significant in the eastern region, but not obvious in the central and western regions; the performance of non-state-owned enterprises is better than that of state-owned enterprises; and the innovation effect of technology-intensive industries is most prominent.
