【摘要】 目的 探讨隔盐灸联合中药穴位贴敷疗法预防乳腺癌化疗所致恶心呕吐的临床效果。方法 采用随机数字表法将80例乳腺癌患者分为观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组采用常规止吐药物预防方案，观察组在此基础上实施隔盐灸联合中药穴位贴敷疗法。比较两组患者恶心呕吐发生率及严重程度，并评估化疗依从性。结果 观察组患者化疗第1天及化疗第2～5天恶心呕吐发生率、严重程度均显著低于对照组（P<0.05），化疗依从性高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 隔盐灸联合中药穴位贴敷疗法可有效降低乳腺癌化疗患者恶心呕吐的发生率及严重程度，同时提高其化疗依从性。该方法操作简便、安全可靠，具备良好的临床推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of salt-separated moxibustion combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine acupoint application therapy in preventing nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in breast cancer patients.Methods Eighty breast cancer patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional antiemetic drug prevention plan,while the observation group was additionally treated with the salt-separated moxibustion combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine acupoint application therapy.The incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting were compared between the two groups of patients,and the chemotherapy compliance was evaluated.Results The incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting in the observation group on the first day of chemotherapy and from the second to the fifth days of chemotherapy were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the chemotherapy compliance was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salt-separated moxibustion combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine acupoint application therapy can effectively reduce the incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,and improve their chemotherapy compliance at the same time.The method is simple,safe and reliable,with good potential for clinical application.更多还原
